NorthStar EMS is a 911 Ambulance Provider. We respond to all 911 call in our service areas, including Stroke, Heart Attack, Diabetic Emergencies, Falls and Motor Vehicle Collisions.

NorthStar EMS provides non-emergency, medically necessary ambulance transportation within our service area, and from our service area to other areas, such as Little Rock hospitals, for care not available locally. Certain documentation may be required for non-emergency transportation.

NorthStar EMS offers event standby in our service areas, based on staffing availability. There is no charge for school event standby, or non-profit event standby. Charges will apply for events that are "for profit". NorthStar EMS reserves the right to refuse to standby at any event that may cause harm to our staff, or unduly misrepresent our professionalism.

NorthStar EMS offers training for the general public, as well as medical personnel. Classes include CPR, First Aid, First Responder, ACLS and other approved classes. NorthStar EMS is a Training Center for the American Heart Association.

NorthStar EMS provides demonstrations and ambulance tours. Demonstrations include Mock DWI Accidents (Prom Night Safety), or other demonstrations as requested. We always welcome anyone, especially children, to drop by and tour our ambulances and facilities.
